A 12 year veteran of the network marketing industry, Matt has been responsible for building sales organizations totalling over 100,000 representatives worldwide. Previous to Success University, Matt not only became the top money earner in two network marketing companies, he built his own technology and marketing firm responsible for millions of dollars in revenues. His success story has been profiled on National and International radio and television.

Tony Michael, Vice-President of Sales

Tony went on to develop large organizations and customer bases domestically and over seas. He was the youngest person in a publicly traded direct marketing company to reach their highest achievement level and went on to be the youngest person to be featured on the cover of Six Figure Income magazine at the age of 22.

Tony has also served as a consultant and corporate executive of several direct sales and network marketing companies both privately held and publicly traded. These companies have ranged from ground floor start ups to well established industry giants exceeding $200+ million dollars a year in revenue.

In 2004 Tony founded an on-line education company that generated over $3,000,000 in revenue it’s first 10 months in business. He sold his interest in that company to join the Success University team.

Jimmy Bellew, Chief Operations Officer

Among his many responsibilities and accomplishments, Jimmy created the company's IT support centre, established their entire Total Quality Assurance operations and went on to manage the entire system-wide networking system installation in late 1997. Along with the management of his divisions, he oversaw an operating budget of more than $4,000,000.

Since the company's inception, Jimmy has been responsible for building the operational infrastructure for Success University. His experience in implementing nationwide customer service programs, managing operations and accounting departments, and overseeing multi-million dollar budgets have helped to smoothly grow this company to a multi-million dollar corporation.

Kyle Lowe, Director of Global Development

Kyle Lowe is Director of Global Development for Success University. He brings more than twenty years of education and business experience focusing on international business management and development to SU.

Lowe holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Brigham Young University and an MBA in international management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management.

Early in his career he had impressive stints at both ATamp;T and Sprint. He served as an account executive, international tactical competitive analyst, and global governments marketing manager at AT&T. At Sprint he was manager for international markets where he developed international product and business strategy.

As a global expansion expert who has worked and lived in Europe, Asia and the Americas, Lowe has consulted for many major US and European consumer and B2B groups that use multi-level marketing as a channel to market their services.

Lowe is an experienced network marketing executive who brings his passion for creating viable businesses from the ground up as well as his understanding of international business to Success University.

Traci Williams, Director of Education

Traci began her career at Motorola as a health education professional and continued her development in human resources and management over the next eight years at Motorola and Freescale Semiconductor.

Some of Traci’s accomplishments as an HR professional include coordinating annual organization and talent reviews with the CEO of a $6.6B company including leadership succession planning, identification of key talent developmental needs, and acting as an executive coach to the senior leadership team.

Prior to joining Success University, Traci utilized her passion and skills as an executive coach within her latest role as a communications consultant by advising clients on the best ways to reach their employees and prospects through the power of communication and technology. Traci’s continued commitment to personal development and education, as well as her passion to influence the growth of others, has brought her to the Success University team.

Ed Ernsting, Director of Marketing & Corporate Communication

Ed brings more than 30 years of diverse marketing and communication experience to Success University. His initial interest in direct marketing began when he moved to the Pacific Northwest to plant a church outside of Seattle after graduating from Seminary.

He has served as church planter, senior pastor, marketing/communication consultant, newspaper editor, writer, copywriter, public speaker, professional photographer, special event organizer, strategic planner, leadership development consultant, organizational change consultant, performance coach, trainer and facilitator.

He has both his bachelor’s and master’s degree and his doctoral studies focused on the areas of leadership development, marketing, and personal growth.

Most recently he has been the driving force behind M Squared Marketing, LLC. A marketing/communication consulting firm focusing specifically on Internet marketing for professional speakers, authors, and trainers primarily in the network marketing and personal growth industry.

He has worked exclusively with clients focusing on their branding, advertising, and marketing efforts. He has created and written targeted email campaigns for ecommerce as well as copy writing, website design, target market segmentation, sequential auto responders, branding, brand extension and product development.
